Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are available only under the conditions described below. If a user completes a payment but does not receive the purchased service or report due to a technical issue on our side, the user may request a full refund or request that the service be delivered again. Such requests must be submitted to customer support with relevant details for verification. Refunds are not provided once a VIN report has been successfully generated and made available to the user, regardless of whether the information meets the user’s expectations or intended purpose. All reports are provided for informational purposes only. Refunds will not be issued if incorrect or incomplete VIN information is entered by the user, resulting in an inaccurate or incomplete report. All refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after purchase and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. VinBidFax reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our terms. VinBidFax is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party data providers beyond our control.
